🥗2 cups / 2 handfuls of tortilla chips
🥗Vegan cashew cheese sauce: 1C cashews + 1C water + salt + 1/2 lemon
🥗Tomato sauce: 1C tomatoes + 1/4 red onion + 1tb olive oil + 1tbs lemon + date
🥗1 Spring onion
🥗1/2 Cup black beans
🥗1/2 sweet corn
🥗1 bunch of chopped cilantro/ coriander
🥗Lime (for dressing)
